Custom Printed Products: As all items are custom printed upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or errors made by the customer. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it.

Manufacturer Defects: We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a return or refund, we require:

  • Photo evidence of the defect
  • Order number
  • Full name and address

Refund Process: Upon receipt of your return request and evidence of the defect, we will examine the information provided and reach out to you with a resolution. If approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
